Click View in the ReadySuite ribbon to access the following commands:
Navigation
- Prev Record: Displays the contents of the record preceding the current selection in the Document Grid View.
- Prev Page: Displays the contents of the page preceding the current selection in the Document Grid View.
- Next Page: Displays the contents of the record following the current selection in the Document Grid View.
- Next Record: Displays the contents of the page following the current selection in the Document Grid View.
Content Views
- Grid View: Displays documents in a tabular or card form.
- Pivot View: Displays documents in a cross-tabulated form.
- Pages View: Displays pages from documents as labeled thumbnails.
Document Views
- Image Viewer: Opens the Document Image panel.
- Text Viewer: Opens the Document Text panel.
- Folder View: Opens the Folder View panel.
- Cluster Viewer: Opens the Document Cluster panel.
- Pages: Opens the Document Pages panel.
- Family: Opens the Document Family panel.
- Fields: Opens the Document Fields panel.
- Sync Views: Enables or disables panels updating on record navigation.
- Refresh Views: Reload the displayed content with the most current data.
- Reset Layout: Returns the panel layout to its original state.
Grid Views
- Column Chooser: Opens the Customization dialog box for selecting columns that appear in the Document Grid View.
- Manage Views: Opens the Manage Views dialog box.
Chat Project View
The View tab in a Chat Project contains the following:
