Click Home in the ReadySuite ribbon to access the following commands:
Reports
- Data Summary: Opens the Documents dialog box displaying a summary of the data in the current project.
- Column Tally: Opens the Tally Documents dialog box displaying a summary of the data in the columns of the current project.
- Save Reports:
- Document Report: Generates an Excel spreadsheet of the data in the Document Grid View.
- Page Level Report: Exports the same data in the Document Report but includes page level fields and each page as its own record.
Records
- Refresh Data: Updates the data in the Document Grid View
- Mark None: Clears all selected items in the Document Grid View
- Mark All: Selects all items in the Document Grid View.
- Invert Marked: Selects cleared rows and clears selected rows in the Document Grid View.
- Removed Marked: Deletes the selected rows in the Document Grid View.
Fields
- Batch Edit: Opens the Batch Edit dialog box.
- Field Setup: Opens the Field Setup dialog box.
Filters
- Find Panel: Displays the Search header above the Document Grid View to locate content in the Document Grid View.
- Filter Editor: Opens the Filter Editor dialog box.
