Nebula AI Case Explorer™ | Saved Searches, Saved Docs, and AI Chat Lists
Saved Searches & Docs is a shared hub, visible to your whole project team, with three parts:
- Saved Searches — saving a search stores your current filter state (theme, relevance, cluster, date range, etc.) so you or a teammate can return to the same view later without rebuilding it.
- Saved Documents — documents you've saved from the Document Viewer, all in one place.
- AI Lists — saved document lists, including ones generated from an Agentic Chat conversation. Note: AI-generated columns do not yet save to this list.
Because Saved Searches & Docs is shared across the project team, saving something here means the rest of your team can see it too — it's a deliberate way to hand off starting points to colleagues, not a private scratchpad.
You can also send any saved search to Nebula — see Getting AI Case Explorer Results into Nebula.
Saving Searches
You can save a search directly from Document Explorer, Key Docs, or nearly any page with a document list, by selecting the ‘Save Search’ button above the document list. This saves your filter state, such as a relevance score, key person, etc.
Saving Documents
When viewing a document, you can select the ‘Save’ button – see Viewing Documents.
Saving AI Chat lists from Agentic Chat
When Agentic Chat returns a list of documents, you can choose to save this list to access and review at a later time. See AI Chat – Basic and Agentic Chat.
