Nebula AI Case Explorer™ | Getting Nebula AI Case Explorer™ Results into Nebula
Nebula AI Case Explorer is designed to feed into your normal Nebula workflow, not replace it.
Displaying AI Case Explorer fields
Admins can choose to display a project's AI Case Explorer results into Nebula Cull as overlay columns inside a dedicated Case Explorer tab. From the Project List page, open the three-dot menu for the project and choose Upload Fields to Nebula. Once pushed, this data behaves like any other Cull column: you can sort, filter, and report on it alongside the rest of your review metadata. AI Case Explorer fields will also be available within Nebula Review.
Per-document AI summaries are not part of this push — they stay in AI Case Explorer's document viewer rather than becoming a Cull column.
Displaying a saved search or document list
You can share a saved search from AI Case Explorer to make it available in Nebula Cull. Saved Searches & Docs, use Send to Nebula on an individual saved search or saved document list (including one generated from AI Chat) to send just those results forward for further processing in Nebula.
Relativity-hosted matters
If your review platform is Relativity, AI Case Explorer still works — through Nebula as the intermediary. New documents are processed in Nebula, then analyzed in AI Case Explorer, and results are pushed back through Nebula directly to Relativity without the need of manually exporting and importing the data. Contact your KLDiscovery representative for assistance.
Why this matters
Rather than treating AI Case Explorer as a separate, disconnected tool, this lets the AI's findings carry forward directly into the review your team already runs — so relevance, themes, and case summary data generated by AI Case Explorer show up right where your reviewers are already working.
