Quality Control includes the following scripts:

Use this script to group documents by a field then flag and report on any values in a field not matching across the group.

Source Data

- Group Field ("The field to group documents by.")
- Check Field ("The fields to check for inconsistent values within each group.")

Source Options

- Ignore Empty Values ("If true, empty values will be ignored when checking for inconsistencies. If false, empty values will be considered.")
- Case Sensitive ("If true, the field values will be compared in a case-sensitive manner. If false, comparisons will be case-sensitive.")

Report Options

- Report Type ("The type of report to generate. 'None" will not generate a report. 'SummaryOnly' will generate a summary report and 'Detailed' will generate a detailed report with individual group results.")

Tag Results

- Has Inconsistent Field ("The field to tag documents that have inconsistent values in a group.")
- Inconsistent Fields ("The field to tag documents with the names of fields that have inconsisten values in a group.")

Flags documents containing a set of redacted terms in text files.

Redact

Creates a random sample set of documents for manual QC checks.

Misc

Performs automatic QC checks and reports volume information.
