Overview | Licensing Service (ReadySuite Admin)
ReadySuite Admin is a licensing application separate from ReadySuite, intended for use when five or more concurrent licenses are required. This licensing service only needs to be set up on a single, centralized server accessible by all other machines running ReadySuite through the License Manager.
This optional license add-on is only used when you have purchased the Network variant of ReadySuite. If you have the Machine/Workstation license edition of ReadySuite, you do not need to set up this service.
Note: ReadySuite Admin was previously known as ReadyLicense. If you are upgrading from ReadySuite 8 or earlier, see the upgrade guide for important steps required before installing ReadySuite Admin.
To retrieve the ReadySuite Admin installer, fill out the download form here and one will be sent automatically via e-mail. Alternatively, e-mail us at readysuite@ediscovery.com to request one.

Once installed, open ReadySuite Admin using the Start menu shortcut and activate using your serial. Go to Register > Install Serial. The default port is 19399 — make sure that port allows inbound connections through the firewall on this machine.
NETWORK.lic
ReadySuite stores the network license configuration, by default, at the machine level using the NETWORK.lic file (ProgramData > Compiled > ReadySuite). This file can be added to the single machine running the licensing service (ReadySuite Admin) to activate that machine with the license settings. ReadySuite creates this file automatically if you activate it within the ReadySuite application interface.
Network administrators can open the NETWORK.lic file and change the LicenseServerAddressand LicenseServerPort as desired to deploy a new license configuration file.
