Navigating | Grid Context Menu

The Grid Context menu enables you to quickly access the Filter Editor and manage filters applied to the Document Grid View.

To view the Grid Context menu

  • Right-click anywhere on the cells and field values of the Document Grid View.

Grid Context menu commands

Filter Editor: Opens the Filter Editor dialog box.

Filter Value: Filter the contents of the Document Grid View by the contents of the field from where the Grid Context menu was opened.

Filter Excluding Value: Filter the contents of the Document Grid View by removing the contents of the field from where the Grid Context menu was opened.

Undo Last Filters: Remove the most recently applied filter from the documents in the Document Grid View.

Remove All Filters: Remove any filters applied to documents in the Document Grid View.
