Gets a new document reference with the supplied docid.
Syntax

DocumentItem GetNewDocument( string docId )
Parameters
docid String
The document identifier to associate to the document.
Return Value
DocumentItem
A new document item reference that can be created.
Remarks
The DocumentItem is not added until it is passed to CreateDocument(DocumentItem).
