Removes the page reference from the document.

Syntax

public bool RemovePage(
	PageItem removePage
)

Parameters
removePage   PageItem
           The page to remove.

Return Value
Boolean
true if the page was found and removed, false otherwise.

Remarks
This does not delete any files.
