Creates and ties a new chat event to this document.

Parameters
conversation ChatConversationItem
The conversation the event is a part of.
sender ChatParticipantItem
The participant who sent the event.
timestamp DateTime
The date at which the event was sent.
id String (Optional)
The ID of the event. If null, a new ID will be generated.
Return Value
ChatEventItem
The created event.
