Member name	Description
Other	Represents a value other than `Incoming` and `Outgoing`.
Incoming	Represents an incoming event, in relation to the conversation custodian.
Outgoing	Represents an outgoing event, in relation to the conversation custodian.

Defines the direction of a chat event, i.e. whether an event is incoming or outgoing.
