Creates and adds a new read receipt to this event.

Syntax

Parameters
participant    ChatParticipantItem
           The participant the read receipt is for.
timestamp    DateTime
           The date at which the read receipt occurred.
type    ChatEventReadReceiptItemType (Optional)
           The type of the read receipt.

Return Value
ChatEventReadReceiptItem
The created read receipt.
