Creates and adds a new attachment to this event.

Parameters
path String
The file path of the attachment or null to indicate a missing attachment.
copyFileToChatSource Boolean (Optional)
Whether to copy the file path points to to the chat source's directory.
Return Value
ChatEventAttachmentItem
The created attachment.
