Parameters
path String
The target path where this attachment's file should be moved to.

Exception	Condition
InvalidOperationException	The attachment cannot be moved due to missing path.
InvalidOperationException	The cannot be moved due to the file missing.
ArgumentException	The attachment cannot be moved due to the specified target path pointing to an existing file.

If Path is set and points to a valid file, moves this attachment's file to the target path and sets Path to path.
