The ChatEventAttachmentItem type exposes the following members.

	DisplayName	Gets or sets the display name of this attachment.
	ExternalResourcePath	Gets the path to the external resource of this attachment. This will be null if the attachment is not an external resource.
	Id	Gets the ID of this attachment.
	IsExternalResource	Gets whether this attachment is an external resource attachment.
	OtherProperties	Gets a dictionary of optional attachment metadata.
	Path	Gets the local file path to this attachment. This can be null if the attachment is an external resource.

	MoveTo	If Path is set and points to a valid file, moves this attachment's file to the target path and sets Path to path.
