Release Notes - 26.10.00

  • Promotion to Relativity:
    • Faster All Custodians retrieval: Retrieving family-wide custodian values (for example, during exports) is now much faster on large document families. In internal testing it ran about 7x faster. This improvement is being enabled gradually.
    • Folder path failures during promotion: Promotions to Relativity Server and RelativityOne no longer fail for a whole batch when a field in the folder path contains forward slashes, characters Relativity does not allow, or a blank value. Folder separators are now always converted to backslashes, and characters Relativity does not allow are removed.
    • Duplicate values in Multiple Choice fields: Promotions no longer fail prevalidation when a field mapped to a Relativity Multiple Choice field contains the same value more than once. For example, a domain that appears in more than one of To, CC and BCC under "Domains - Recipients" is now included only once.
  • PII Detection:
    • Faster, more reliable PII detection results: Importing PII detection results on large matters is much faster and no longer fails on very large data sets. New results are available to reviewers sooner, and background cleanup no longer delays them.
  • Fixes:
    • Copying or modifying a search with "Select All": If you filtered the Participants or Domains list and chose "Select All," copying or modifying the search now keeps only the values you selected. Previously, every participant or domain became selected.
    • Field selections lost when editing conditions: Your "Select Field" choices are now kept when you modify Participant filter conditions.
    • Copied searches not showing fields: When you copy an existing search, its fields now always load correctly. The Tags filter list no longer disappears right after it opens.
    • Labels column in the search list: Adding the Labels column no longer makes it overlap the Date, Type and Documents columns. Giving a search a label no longer shows that search more than once in the list.
    • Large documents in HTML view: The Document Viewer now displays very large documents in the HTML view. Previously it could stay stuck loading, or the browser could stop responding.
    • Custom attribute facets appearing empty: Custom attributes were saved with an invalid privacy setting, so their facets showed only an empty header for users who are not system administrators. New attributes now save correctly, and attributes that were already affected are corrected automatically during the upgrade.
    • Keyword list error when switching categories: In Review > Keywords, scrolling through a long keyword list and then switching to another category no longer causes an error.
    • Scope filter in Keyword and ECAi dialogs: The Scope field filter now works correctly when you create a new Keyword category or a new ECAi project.
    • Review dashboard reloading over and over: Fixed an issue where the workflow batches list on the Review dashboard sent repeated requests and kept refreshing for some users.
    • Markup Set dropdown appearing empty: In the Add Production dialog, the Markup Set dropdown now fills in as soon as markup sets finish loading. Previously it could show "No results found" until you moved the mouse or clicked.
    • Unexpected error after closing the file browser: Fixed an intermittent "Unexpected Error" message that could appear after closing the file upload or file browser dialog and block further work on the page.
