Release Notes - 25.08.00

The Nebula 25.08.00 release contains the following enhancements:

• Updated the organizational framework for many searchable fields, including the following changes:
  • Native Size and Text Size fields are now defined in KB rather than Bytes (pre-existing searches will be auto-updated).
  • Changed data value input types for various Email Threading and Near Duplicates fields to checkboxes or Yes/No selectors where applicable.
  • Added the following fields:
    • Combination Text
    • Hash - Family (custom)
    • Hash - Document (custom)
  • Renamed the following fields:
  • NEW FIELD NAME [OLD FIELD NAME]
  • Promotions [Cull Exports]
  • Participants fields [Correspondence fields] - multiple
  • Grouped the following multi-field categories:
  • Email Threading (ET) fields
  • Near Duplicates (ND) fields
  • Keyword Categories (KW) fields
  • Participants - formerly, individual ‘Correspondence’ fields
  • Removed the following fields:
  • Annotations
  • Comments

• Added logical prefixes for the following fields in Export Templates and Doc List Views:
• 'ET - ' is now the prefix for all email threading fields, such as 'ET - Designation'
• 'ND - ' is now the prefix for all near duplicate fields, such as 'ND - Group ID'
• 'KW - ' is now the prefix for all keyword category fields, such as 'KW - PrivTerms'
• 'Participants - ' is now the prefix for all sender and recipient fields, such as 'Participants - To'
• Added the ability to export a plain text file of keywords (and aliases, if any) for any Keyword Category, which can be directly imported as new keywords into other repositories and matters.
• Improved visual presentation for search conditions listed in the Summary pane on the Searches page in Cull and Review.
• Resolved several UI issues when accessing a direct-link to a single document from the document share / copy URL function.
